"System Collapse"

You're trapped inside a corrupted, decaying computer program. Glitchy bugs swarm the system—and you're the last line of defense. Shoot them down to speed up the program… but be careful: every shot also shreds your environment, creating pits of void to fall into and ever increasing the overall speed of the program. 
How far can you run and how many bugs can you remove, before the system crashes for good and you can no longer keep up?

How to play

• Holding left mouse button shows the trajectory of your bomb to destroy the bugs (= red cubes)
• Falling down or not keeping up with the forward moving camera is a loss condition
• The more bugs you destroy, the faster the game gets; the worse your aim, the more gaps you shoot in your own way, making it even harder

Idea of the game

• I had too high hopes to create a complex MagicaVoxel world that you can fully destroy, allow import into Unity, convert the Voxels into cubes and create an endless runner from there
• Thanks to Bezi I could create a Voxel to Cube converter but I failed to fix the performance issues due to the 1000s of cubes a single Voxel universe would had
• So I had to trim down and use a very simple low number of cubes, leading to a bit less of an impressive universe :) But who doesn't love destroying cubes???
• I had additional ideas to make use of a ChaosMeter, where you can apply upgrades as you gain Chaos when destroying other blocks/voxels but ran out of time :( One idea that failed was to restore the destroyed segments to prolong the game but I reached  a skill ceiling sadly.
